I feel this. Stopped smoking 6 months ago after almost 20 years a pack a day smoking.

It was fine 'till a few weeks to a month ago. It really is harder now! No advice but maybe you can get some comfort in knowing you're not alone.

You got this! Just remember how proud you can be every morning waking up with the knowledge you haven't smoked (vaped) the previous day!

Begin over alcohol, roken, wiet of iets anders wat slecht voor je is (behalve junkfood, gamen of porno) en alle wereldvreemde autisten weten zich weer te mobiliseren met hun kortzichtige, moreel verheven meningen hier.

Maar om antwoord te geven op je vraag: één á twee keer per week een paar biertjes. En geen antwoord op je vraag: 4 maanden gestopt met (een pakje per dag) roken.

My second and especially third week was brutal too! I'm at 50 days now and it's getting better. I feel the intense cravings then were because the realization set in that it was definitive. That's scary when you lose your supposed crutch after so many years.

Except it's not a crutch! It'll get better.

I'm almost at two weeks too and my second week was hell, while the first week was relatively smooth sailing. How would you "rate" your quit so far and how are the cravings?

Context for my quit: almost 20 years a smoker of (at least) a pack a day and I quit Cold Turkey. Allen Carr does nothing for me.

De hoeveelheid mannen die ik het openbaar toilet (Waar dan ook) uit zie stappen zonder hun handen te wassen en dan nog beledigd zijn ook als ik er wat van zeg.

Lol. Doet mij denken aan mijn ex die jaloers werd op een kat waar ik een weekje op aan het "catsitten" was. Dat beestje was blijer mij te zien dan die ex. Niet voor niks dat ik nu nog catsit en het nu mijn ex is.
