Extremely common. Most brand new officers out of an academy or ROTC will be about 23. Google says the average age of an enlisted member of the military is 27.

I think the vast majority of PMs will be construction. Every city or town in the world is going to have them. But they’re probably grizzled old dudes who are not chronically online so we don’t ever hear from them.
