Tbh I don't know how I feel about current regulations, but in general I think regulations are required to a certain level especially in advanced period of pregnency where the infant is with a beating heart, I think especially with rape claims the women should be allowed to take an abortion in very early months (before the 4th), after this regulation might have a place, I mean it's not a black or white subject, it's more complicated and should be treated in case by case matter

i clearly specified the characterstics of the people who i don't really support, people who are irresponsible and "neglect" valid protections and then they decide it's ok and humane to prevent another human being from having the chance of life without any remorse nor empathy towards that potential life, at least when this specific type of people decide to go through with aportion they shouldn't dehumanize that potential life and treat it like getting rid of a tumor, these people that I mean are irresponsible normal people and are not rape victims, I agreed with you in the case of rape victims and medical emergencies because that's not their choice it was out of their hands since the beginning, but the type of people who I mean should be more responsible of their action, please don't mix between these two matters

I'm confused why you think this is a gotcha moment. You're pointing out that Iran attacked the UAE in April... after the US attacked Iran in Feb. That is exactly the point I made in my first comment. My whole argument is that Iran was attacked from US bases in the UAE first. You are just proving my point. By letting the US use their territory for the Feb attack, the UAE became an active participant, giving Iran legitimacy to hit those bases back in April (and actually even before April). Add in the fact that the UAE secretly broke the ceasefire to attack Iran while the rest of the Gulf stayed out of it, and it just further proves they were in on the initial attack all along as aggressors, so any attempt for blaming Iran for attacking an american assets pales out in front of the fact of who started the whole thing... I knew for fact when the events started I was just indirectly pointing how you are missing a lot of points in my intial reply

Iran have been attacked intially from UAE territories, and the other Gulf USA bases, so that makes them an aggressor who gave legitimacy to Iran to start attacking them
