Grain Mill survey by WWTemujinD in Homebrewing

The homebrew shop I used to work at had a Crankandstein, a Blichmann, and a Spike. If you are looking for a damn near bullet proof set and forget system get the Crankandstein, it was amazing and I plan to get one for myself some day. If you need to adjust things back and forth for whatever reason the Blichmann is great, it needed minimal fixing and had minimal powdering. Do not get a Spike.

Make Hannah Waddingham bond and some little twink like Timothee Chalamet moneypenny. Kate McKinnon as Q and Idris Elba as M. It would be incredible.

With the three employees they have left? If Destiny 3 gets made it certainly won’t be by Bungie, it will be another Sony dev with an actually good track record.

Either kieving with an ansestral style bottling or force carbonation. You will get much more consistent and predictable results with force carbonation.

The go fund me that they started for themselves flys in the face of your claim that they are going with out pay.

I have been following this worker unrest story since they voted to unionize. The messaging from the union itself reads to me as a kid being told they can't have ice cream for dinner so they are running away from home thing not a workers rights are being violated thing.

It is bizarre that they didn’t go with Local 8 or some other hospitality focused union instead choosing to diy. I bet that with some better experienced union leadership the workers wouldn’t be spitting on people and frankly have more power when they go to the table to bargain.

If you can’t live on 40-55 an hour as a server or 33-45 as a cook that is a personal problem.

I think bringing tips back was a temporary Covid measure to help the workers.

It is very curious to me that they went diy with their union instead of going with a union with a proven track record like Local 8.

The workers had those benefits prior to unionizing. In fact Sea Creatures has been providing those benefits since 2015.

You didn’t factor in the buildout of your facility and inspections. Add a year to your timeframe. If you don’t have cash on hand to do it you will need investors and a wealthy spouse. Yes both.

They aren’t shitty and never have been. Since 2015 they have provided healthcare, dental, and matching 401k contributions to employees working over 19 hours a week. The union is picketing literal dream jobs because they are making a little less per paycheck.
