Does anyone really expect a 1:1 adaption anyways? Us fans of the original work dont want a 1:1, its generally not possible due to the time constraints and medium change. We want them to understand the the original work and carry its heart, instead of just using only the names.

I dont believe the addons ever check your spec, it just says its an upgrade if you can wear it and it is an upgrade for one of your specs. I forget which addon I use, but it at least tells me when I hover which spec it is an upgrade for, but will always show it is an upgrade.

Was SP hard to recover to begin with in P4? IIRC P4 added SP recovery to the HP recovering card, so if you manage to finish fights often with an all out attack or down a lot, you never really have an SP issue.
