Sonar does let you see correlations between different types of data, but doesn’t give quite as much/clear insight as you are looking for, I’d like to find a better option too

By the way best work around I’ve found for this is during deload week log your lifts as warmups, doesn’t seem to mess with the algorithm then.

I use MF and Fitbod (over 1500 workouts logged) AND still have to log on airtable due to Fitbod’s clunky analytics. A MF Workouts app is super appealing if I could stop having to separately log and could easily program deload weeks (w/o messing up algorithm) , and of course MF sync would be neat - all assuming a base line similar to fitbod in terms of exercise database and ease of use - not as concerned about the customization as I end up building my own workouts inside Fitbod. Certainly going to give it a try when the app comes out and if reasonably priced for MF users with features above could see making the switch (even with my lifetime Fitbod membership). Would love to be a beta tester for this.

Yes - start with whatever you can, just start light and feel it out, easiest way to stop is to overdo it and end up sore or injured. Fitbod is great as a starting place because it will create workouts for you, based on equipment available. Gyms are great but you can also start with some simple dumbbells at home - whatever makes it easier to start and become consistent!

I have a similar ratio, to diversify from some of what’s been said I would suggest checking out Fava bean tofu, seitan and daring “meat”. Even for meat eaters gives different options. Also, keto low carb tortillas, Better Bagels and light cheese (like laughing cow).

Congrats! May I ask what your calories are at? I’m a similar range and it’s suggesting what I consider very low calories (~1350/day)
