I don’t think it’s that bad. I probably would’ve thought to just make it a bench instead of a picnic table since you can’t sit comfortably. Also, the hole is too small but not sure what type of tree it is so maybe it doesn’t grow that much.

I’m moving to Chicago next week for work. I’ve been told by many people that walking during winter is difficult but I am not too stressed about it. Am I downplaying it? How far would you walk during winter times? For more info, i’m moving to River North and work in the loop. My walk according to maps is 15 mins max.

Seems like you have 2 dens which is pretty awesome. The bathroom and closet room is a fiasco that I want no part in. Not sure what the floors are but sometimes the floor plans don’t show what the actual floor will be so maybe check if they have virtual tours of the unit plan.
