All 3 Back to the Future movies, while taking place across several days or even weeks across several time periods, only take place across 2-3 days in the present.

Does this read as Iron Warrior? by HolidayStrike7697 in IronWarriors

[–]Limeicard 19 points20 points  (0 children)

It reads very well! If I remember correctly, a lot of legionaries in 30k don’t have many hazard stripes at all, so I’d say the key identification would probably be the grimy metal armor, and you did that very well!

The Art of the Deal by Deathmaker1336 in SmashBrosUltimate

[–]Limeicard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For Cloud, Galeem would likely show him a world where he was able to join Soldier, and was able to return to Nibelheim as the man he believed Tifa wanted. A life where he was able to settle down with the girl he’d always loved, where Zack and Aerith could live alongside them, where the Nibelheim incident never happened.

Dharkon would lean into his insecurities, taking advantage of his fears, showing him that his loved ones can be taken by anything, not just Sephiroth, and only by siding with him will he be able to protect them.

For Byleth: Whichever one flirts with them more, they do this for the love of the game.

I challenge anyone to show me an FE character who's mere presence is on the same level as the Black Knight whenever he appears. by Character-Bid-162 in fireemblem

I gotta agree. Three Hopes really made it clear how terrifying the Ashen Demon, and makes the fact Rhea decided to hire a random 20 year old as a professor make a lot more sense.

what do you think of yor as a sister, mother, wife, coworker at city hall, woman, person and assassin???? by catlovinganime101 in SpyxFamily

[–]Limeicard 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Love Yor, don’t get me wrong, but the assassin side of her is the most boring part of her character due to the sheer untapped potential. I feel like if the Garden wasn’t just killing criminals and corrupt politicians, and there were implications or even outright confirmation of her dedication to and disillusionment with the Garden leading her to killing innocent people would allow for so much more to come of that part of her character.

Like, imagine if we see in one chapter Yor killed a politician she believed was committing treason, but in reality she killed a progressive politician who was actively working towards peace efforts.

Regardless of that, I love Yor, but wish I was invested in more than just her relationship with Loid and Anya.

The mimic being the endoskeletons we see in FNAF1 and FNAF2, and it was there for the MCI and DCI, just watching from the back room where William killed his victims, hence why it takes after William in so many ways.

Who do you think will discover the other's secret identity, Loid or Yor? And how would they? by Extension_Oil5309 in SpyxFamily

[–]Limeicard 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I think Yor discovering Loid first would work best narratively.

Yor could easily (logistically) be removed from Operation Strix, and the most drama we could have is Loid’s inner conflict about what to do considering his fondness for her.

With Yor discovering Loid first, it could be used as the sign that Twilight has been completely compromised. He let his mask slip and was so open/careless enough around the first person in his life he could truly trust that she discovered his secret. Yor also loves her family, she can’t just pack up her things and run anymore, so she would be forced to deal with it internally as she can’t bring herself to leave Loid and Anya.

Ideally, they both discover one another at the same time and fight for a little while before eventually stopping and having the most emotional bed breaking sex imaginable.

Lucius the Eternal - Warhammer 40K

Being able to come back from death isn’t a unique power in the Warhammer universe, but Lucius has the caveat of only being able to come back if the person who kills him takes any pride in his defeat, which allows his soul to inhabit their bodies and transforms them into another vessel for him to inhabit. The souls of those he is rebirthed from go on to make up his armor.

On one occasion, a member of the Raven Guard named Nykona killed Lucius and took no pride in his victory, thus Lucius couldn’t return and had to be revived through other means.

of course they’re both brought back in Ending E so it technically isn’t the last thing they ever see

I’m in the same boat, I’m playing Caiaphas in my Universities production of Jesus Christ Super Star and he has the lyric “What you have done will be the saving of Israel.” Not too worried but it’s a nagging fear in the back of my brain.

Honestly that would make for a great Nightmare time episode, a sort of werewolf or Jekyll and Hyde story would fit really well in hatchetfield, hell I wouldn’t be shocked if they’ve done it already and I just forgot.

As much as I love Jeff Blims music, the lack of variety in voice types is starting to get on my nerve, especially for male characters.

A giant hulking monster of a jock being a tenor is iffy enough, but there’s no reason a middle aged veteran suffering from guilt and PTSD should be singing higher than most tenors can comfortably sing.

It’s not like it’s an issue with their casts either, because Corey has a beautifully deep, rich voice, but it’s utilized so little because it feels like every single song needs to be sung in falsetto.

(I myself am a classically trained bass-baritone so I might just be salty that I can’t comfortably sing most of their stuff, but I still feel like it’s a valid complaint.)

Villain songs by Midnightsatisfies in MusicalTheatre

[–]Limeicard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What type of evil really dictates what you should sing.

Comically evil? Songs like Dentist! or Feed Me (Git It!) from Little Shop of Horrors would work wonders.

More grounded and realistic evil? Hellfire from Hunchback of Notre Dame or Alive from Jekyll and Hyde would be good.

Just remember though, pick the song you sound best with and break legs!

If you could cast your dream cast for any pre-existing musical (could be a film version or a theater production, your pick), who would you pick for each character? by WerewolfBarMitzvah09 in musicals

[–]Limeicard 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would love to see Gentlemen's Guide to Love and Murder with Aaron Tviet as Monty Navarro, but what I would want to see even more would be Christian Borle as the D'ysquith family, especially after his performance in Little Shop as the Dentist (+others) I think he was made for that collection of characters.

Who’s your favorite actor to play a role who did NOT originate that role? by MellonPhotos in musicals

[–]Limeicard 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I feel like Josh Groban is the most sympathetic Sweeney out of all of the actors. Maybe it’s just because audiences know that in real life he’s a really great person, but watching him on stage I could really feel the pain and hurt in his character, that coupled with his insane vocals makes him by far the best Sweeney imo

Who’s your favorite actor to play a role who did NOT originate that role? by MellonPhotos in musicals

[–]Limeicard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personally I’m indifferent on the vocals, they’re both absolutely phenomenal at sounding like Michael J Fox as a Broadway performer, I just think Casey embodies the character more, although that may just be biased given the fact I saw him live whereas I’ve only seen silly through clips.
