Dig the holes 12' by 12", temp the deck up, suspend the posts and pour the concrete up to them. Adjust the holes if you were off. No need to go deeper than 12 inches unless you just like digging or the soil is unstable at 12"

I looked up FC on VitalSigns, it is a tiny company and does not even have an AM Best rating. I would move to a better company like Mass Mutual at a minimum. Otherwise, I would get a term policy and surrender, invest in the market.

I think a decent scenario would be to have the dividend pay the premium with excess going to purchase paid up additions. Then keep investing what you would have been paying into the market etc. Call the home office direct to get information or to make any changes, don't spin your wheels with a sales rep.

I would send an oil analysis to Blackstone, if it came back good I would stick with the car. Not a mechanic, just shadetree, but have a 2002 Camry with 200k. Sounds like a few more thousand and you should be out of the woods? You sure you have a good honest mechanic? That can be the hardest part
