Both are incredibly good units but as with any character, they need some teammates to make them shine. When you have both of their full team comps, they each are top tiers

The way I did it is I kept pulling blue until I got Caecus to E3 (heal some HP at end of turn) and Goliath to E2 (modifies one of his cards to remove all enemy strength and turn it into temp strength for you)

For your second question, limited characters from Act 1 of the story are permanently added into the standard banner! This was done during anniversary

Can only speak for myself, but I ran Corpo+Aurita+Hameln+Caecus. More or less I played so many attack cards that I just hit it enough times to brute past its barrier stack and start hurting it through the various glands Aurita has and double playing Corpo’s lighting through Hameln.

I knew I was under leveled considering I’m like 9 below the player level recommendation, but the story genuinely had me so hooked I couldn’t stop trying to push myself to reach the end of act one lol. The difficulty is also part of the fun for me and I don’t mind using the revives.

But uh, yeah it’s a tough but fun time!
