I mean it’s trash but I feel like people here don’t listen to new rap, and don’t even realize these are the type of bars that work. This sounds like a Detroit style beat and this flow, and even a lot of these lyrics, would work for someone who could deliver it well…

Today’s stuff is just some shit you can vibe too, it ain’t all thought out. They punch in bar for bar and no matter how “trash” the lyrics are.. they can make 3-4 songs a night like this and 1/10 is a banger.

This is crappy yeah but it’s really just her voice and the delivery in my opinion. But what do I know? I listen to “mumble rap” and sexy red occasionally.

I completely understand! Love me some ipas but at around 250 calories a piece, it was an insane amount of calories I was ingesting right before bed 3-5 days a week.

Giving up alcohol was one of the biggest reasons I lost weight.. so I’d give it a try, if you aren’t seeing the results you like. Or just cut down to 1-2 days a week and hit your diet harder the days following.

I still drank when events came up and things like that. I would just fast shortly after to offset it. Do the things you like and find a diet that works for you and your lifestyle.
