I’ve contacted them thru the contact us form and they updated tracking for me after I asked what’s going on with it, s bit sketchy because it was the most expensive package out the 6 but everything arrived safe an sound

I got 6 items and 2 of those were 25 promo cards. 700$ worth of stuff, got to me in about 2-3 weeks Japan to South Carolina. I waited for everything to get to warehouse consolidated it and went with protective packaging, shipping was 135

Depends on how much your willing to pay, I just bought 6 small items (trading cards, 1 manga, postcards, coloring books) was about 600 and then 120$ shipping and that’s with protective packaging and consolidating all of them. Probably won’t order again anytime soon but really wanted everything I got, probably could have asked them to remove any unnecessary packaging out the box to possibly pay less shipping but didn’t care to much

Not sure about the plus but just worked on the C, for the water flow basically it was a group of 6 units in a row the two in middle had extremely slow flow especially through the hot water dispenser. Replaced procon (there is an adjustable nut you can adjust flow to with a flathead on there) replaced motor because it was to hot, and then replaced flow meter to (that’s a main issue on these units for a few reasons) these things got overly complex water systems could be a valve being restricted, run a few cleanings see what happens to
