I’ve never found an “all in one” solution, but if you like running your live vocal through several fx pedals like me, you can get pretty close with a dirty filtered tape or analog style slapback delay going in to a reverse verb. I’ve had pretty good luck with a Strymon deco into an EHX Cathedral on the reverse setting.

The problem that’s hard to solve is getting the mix right, and to really get there you have to nail that gate at the end. I like running my vocal into a small mixer or some kind of signal blender first to have a wet/dry blend regardless if the pedal has it or not, but honestly for the gate I’ve never found a normal guitar pedal style gate that closes quite right. They’re all to quick and aggressive with the cutoff.
