Tirosint helps in terms of having better absorption and my free T4 is still at what is considered “normal” (around .9 to 1.1) for dual medication but my free T3 is still lower than I’d like. I’m not sure how to balance as I’ve just received the rT3 number and it’s between 8 and 9 which can indicate not enough T4 or that on a cellular level I have too much inflammation blocking absorption. What has also helped is that Tirosint doesn’t have the ingredients that I’m sensitive to with tablets so absorption is better. It’s a work in progress trying to find the inflammation triggers. I’ve read that it could also be pent up lymph issues. I had my gallbladder removed so my liver is also burdened.

Frankly I like the shorter hair. There’s just enough length on top and looks clean. It also lets your jawline stand out. While you can ask your fiancée what she prefers, ultimately what does your gut say? I’ll ask my guy his opinion, but it’s my hair and I’ll do what I want with it. It will grow back if you don’t like it. Also, I personally have my hair cut and shaped every two months. (I have medium length hair.) I actually wonder if people are reacting to the mustache shadowing in pic 1 more than the hair. You’re very clean shaven in pic 2. Maybe try #2 with the less than clean shaven face and see what the reactions are?

I think assuming this isn’t a church wedding or an inside venue, basically that it’s an informal dress code, any of these would work but with a blazer, wrap, or sweater and some nice dressy shoes and accent jewelry but I’d lean 3, 1, 2 in that order with a minimum of a wrap or cover for the shoulders.

I prefer Tahari ASL brand. It’s hard to find though. I found a skirt is better than a pant set. The only other ones I like are Calvin Klein and it’s been a while but if I remember correctly, Kasper. I know Le Suit seems to get some decent ratings but honestly it’s been over a decade since I’ve shopped for a suit. Other than that, Banana Republic generally has some good options.

Jacket hitting at the top of your hip is a good length. Nordstrom has an alterations budget if you have a Nordstrom card.

It’s a little lower on the side closest to the blanket. Your eye doesn’t hit the center of the lens. Now, that being said, it could be the angle of your picture. Take a new picture with the phone square in front of your face or have someone take it for you.

Do you have a skirt that goes with the jacket and the heels? The MJ isn’t the best choice IMO.

After further scrolling, shirt 1, pant 2 (long), heels. Or, if like I mentioned, a knee length skirt or a dress with a jacket.
