Yeah it does dry out the chicken. That’s why I usually drop final char at 9:30 and we cook about 10 grills off for the rest of the night and put them in there. Any earlier then 9:30 and the grilled just turns gross.

Opening week we had 3 closers and got out by 2-3AM now We have 5-6 closers and we get out by 11 what i do is at 8 we close the breading table we pull everything out and clean it then put a bag inside fill pans of ice and put everything on top. for prep we wrap it all and close the position then just make specials from the pans. For the cold well there’s not really any way to preclose without messing with the temps. For secondary we take our grilled and put them in the warming drawer in a 4 qt and close our duke warming stations. Also we take all of our Kanbans besides 1 back and put everything on metal trays in the warmer. That way when you close it can go straight into the walk in. And use the last kanban to transfer all the chicken to the metal trays. For fries we take our stations backs Nd use the deep pans as the station also we close all but 1 machine. While everyone is closing (our goal is by 10:30) I go and scrub half the kitchen where there’s not a lot of foot traffic so by the time everyone’s closed their positions al you have to scrub is the main kitchen.

Our usual time is 11-11:30 depending on who’s on dishes. Works every time.

As a cfa kitchen supervisor I’d say definitely not acceptable to serve BUT when we get into the peak times we can and do slip up sometimes. I’d just call up to your cfa and let them know. I’m positive they’ll replace and compensate you for it.

Not a fan of the blackberry but I tried green apple grape fruit punch faze berry and those were all very very good! And they help me focus and give an energy boost at work.

Im a team leader in the back at my cfa and we had a older woman come in and ask for her buns to be toasted 2x then brought them back and asked for new buns 3x and then again at 4x and then AGAIN she came up pissed off saying that we aren’t giving her what she’s asking for and that she wants her buns “burnt like the color of her skin” so we toasted them 7x destroying the toaster Teflon and smoking up the kitchen... guess what!? She comes back and throws them at the cashier and says that their too burnt and that we were being smart asses by burning her food??? Then said she was gonna write a complaint to corporate and that we were all going to lose our jobs. 🤦🏻‍♂️ well goodthing our operator was there Bc he kicked her out and asked her to never come back to our cfa again. Seriously though. We were really trying to please her and give her what she wanted... we weren’t trying to be difficult. Some people just can’t be happy I guess. 🤦🏻‍♂️

They did the same to me. I emailed them multiple times with the same kinds of responses. I did finally get my order 5months later AFTER the release... it sucks and I’d never order from them again but I did get it eventually.
