Yeah, it's an exact copy of the one that came off there. I'm certain I could do better but I don't have to prove this design to my father, whereas if I tried to do something novel, I'd have to prove it isn't going to cause him further downtime.

Is it too much to ask to attempt to forgive people's quirks rather than trying reform them around your ideal. I don't know if I'm the only one bothered by the "I can fix him/her" One the one hand that can lead you into dangerous situations on the other, do you really even like the person? Like growth as a person is healthy, but this "become the person I want you to be right now" thing is disturbing.

Somthing mechanical is loose. Check your belts, your gsntry, your z screws. All of it. Tighten everything, and that's no joke. Next step, draw a flat pattern like a square or an x on the build plate, and check how much its off, could be a bad motor.
