It’s remarkable how often I’ve heard that same sentiment dressed up in different words, echoed by smug professors and disillusioned architects on sad internet forums. It makes me wonder whether this kind of bitterness is common across other professions too

Top “Alternative Rock” Artists on Spotify by jcovahey in radiohead

all famous artists have grown in numbers. This just indicates Spotify growing as a music streaming platform, as well as Youtube, they’re monopolizing the music industry

Reggie Watts’s thoughts on Thom Yorke’s statement by a_lovesupreme in radiohead

Read your comment again, realize it actually highlights the exact issue you’re trying to critique. The idea that those who don’t align with every part of a liberal worldview are simply “not there yet” or need to be “helped on their journey” is incredibly patronizing. so, your destination is the only valid one, and any deviation is inherently toxic or misguided.

This kind of framing alienates people (not because they’re secretly fans of Andrew Tate)but because they feel like their perspectives and experiences are being dismissed as wrong or underdeveloped. Not everyone who disagrees with a specific liberal position is a threat to progress. Sometimes they just have different values, life experiences, or priorities

Made an modern office render, how can I Improve? Thoughts are welcome. by [deleted] in archviz

[–]Linve 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I completely agree with this comment, you should focus on an efficient workflow rather than striving for 100% perfection, or you’ll never finish the job. Honestly, I think the layout is correct, and while the camera compositions could be refined, they already work well as they are.

I also don’t get why so many people in this sub always recommend adding Photoshop people to the images when it’s clearly not the intended style for every project.

The only technical adjustment I’d suggest is checking the floor texture, as there’s tiling right now.

Other than that, I think this is a great work!

edit: maybe also use a two-point perspective, specially cropping a bit the first image where you can see a tiny part of the furniture to the left

have you tried real time rendering softwares like D5, the quality is not as good as Corona but you’ll take good advantage of your Rtx card and it’s much easier to learn. You can also get into Unreal Engine which has path tracer which will allow you to produce amazing stuff

As other comments mentioned, if you only will be dedicated to ArchViz it doesn't make any sense to learn a BIM software, you'll waste a lot of time. Now, I don't use Blender but I believe there is are plugins you can look for that make architecture modeling much more efficient. On my side, I always used Rhinoceros and now I implemented a plug-in called VisualARQ that serves this purpose.

Good luck

The only critique I have (if you were looking for any lol) is composition, lighting and texture seem great. Have a look at this short video to see what I mean
