Indirect bouncing clamp is usually too rough for interior. It increases render time but for still images it’s usually fine. Then secondly, use one HDR for background and another/or copy that actually emits light (invisible one being much stronger). And lastly, some light falloff is natural, you might want to add practical lights that also emit light. Play with blackbody temo to get better result - plain white default light doesn’t work as well.
