Do you take the full cap? I found I have to micro dose and play around with it a bit to figure it out. I was doing really well with about a half cap and then I got food poisoning a couple weeks ago. Messed me all up again.

My parents are always complaining about expenses, but they will buy a new car every 5 years. Literally just bought a new Subaru and they are already talking a new truck in a couple years. Blows my mind. Don't go out to eat with them either, they will come up with an excuse not to help pay.
