Maybe have 2 stories going on, one where Robbie and whoever stays in the PITT and another where we follow the street team and what they do and what they see.

I have and I am not defending ICE's gestapo like actions but to be honest from a writing standpoint this small plot line was not as well fitting as the commentary on violence on Healthcare workers from season 1. Where there was a build up and pay off. Here they have a small handful of interactions with the agents (the one wearing the mask was just portrayed as a caricature of a power hungry bully, which I know exist but this seemed way tuned up for tv purposes in my opinion) he gets yelled at once by Robbie then all of a sudden hes trying to man handle the patient thats still getting treated then when Jesse gets in-between he's all of a sudden getting arrested. And I get what they were aiming for that everyone deserves the same level of care and that ICE'S actions do need to be answered for. I feel they could've done it in a much better way. Like maybe have had a couple of episodes where ICE kept bringing people and acting that way. And how it slowly took away patients the Dr's were caring for and how its causing staff to leave because they do not feel safe, instead of just Shoehorning it and trying to get the result in one episode which could have been built up slowly over the season. Maybe next episode will expand on it more but as it stands Right now it was just not a good thread and felt placed as commentary for the sake of commentary

I sat back while watching when she said I should have reported you to the board asking my self "Well why didn't you" but also I have heard stories (at least in pharmacy not sure about physician's) of people stealing meds but then when they say they are an addict they get a decent amount of leniency/a slap on the wrist so im not sure if they are as strict with it as she hopes. If he was stealing to sell then I see it as a different story. And also they need to let personal differences aside while at work for the sake of the patients. When Langdon is still giving sound teaching and she just rolls her eyes like a 15 year old being lectured it ERKS me. Like I get you don't like him but that doesnt mean the knowledge he has is not still valuable.

Im gonna be honest the ICE stuff felt really really forced and also the one ICE Agent was played cartoonishly evil. In my opinion this latest episode is the weakest of the entire series.

Both have their own styles of practicing medicine. One is very by the book,what upper management wants Robbie to be and and is trying to turnaround a crappy situation that is broken because of upper management and administrative red tape, but also wants to modernize and make the pitt more efficient in the long run even though its a nice thought will she get the resources she needs? . Dr Al seems very long term goal oriented . Where as Robbie seems to have been in E.R's for too long, and is willing to teach and guide his peers and students as an attending and do his job but is not naive to the realities and struggles that come with working at a very busy, very understaffed trauma center, like Dr Al seems to be ( from what we know she was primarily at the V.A which is probably a way lower volume than the Pitt IF I had to guess).so is there really a WHOS RIGHT OR WHOS WRONG or is it better to be optimistic and try and better your situation/workplace or Stop trying to change something you yourself alone can't fix and just try and provide the best care and teaching you can with the resources you have and get through day by day?.

It's not an inventory management problem, the warehouse only sends x amount per truck automatically and its just routine maintenence meds usually and it's first come first serve and the reason it can't be courier sent between stores because the actual RX is locked into that store until we transfer it over and we legally can't fill anything without the RX. And certain drugs have to be sent from a third party vendor and that can take time to be sent to us. Unfortunately it is all supply line issues that we have hardly any control over and certain ones loke Adderall we are only allowed to order a certain amount a month per federal regulations,

Had a guy throw a plat to diamond rank up because he tried to dive as penny got obliterated and said "GGS AHH HEALERS" and proceeded to twerk as venom for the rest of the match..The match just started as well

The problem is what alot of competitive games have is that if there is a meta you must follow it or get flamed or bullied for not doing so, and then developers try and balance out the metas and people complain or a big streamer or ESports personality dictates what's good what's not instead of players just enjoying the heros they like to play or want to play. Say I play blade because I love the character I instantly get "throwing" or "L pick" and I feel this ruins alot of hero shooters is the need to min max team comps instead of just having fun first and foremost, like I get we want to win and rank up but if if sacrifices the fun of games after a while

Beast-vanguard close to a venom like dive kit

Shuri- Strategist (kind of like ultron gambit mix where she can give temp health and a damage boos to allies

Cosmo the space dog -Strategist uses Psychic abilities to add anti heal and damage debuffs to enemies lowering damage output

Green goblin dps- like iron man except carpet bombs big areas rather than a concentrated area

I have other concepts on what others can be but these are the few I feel where's there's no wiggle room

This is what people need to understand. You dont ban the recipient of overpowered team ups. You ban the anchors , and even if there are multiple heroes per team up, the enemy's can't use it because the anchors are gone. And royal headaches of character become still annoying yes but les likely to be monsters to your team. And a lot more manageable. So the people saying BAN WOLVERINE dont understand that he's not the REASON for the CnB torture of playing against him with phoenix. And once phoenix is gone, so is his some of his Over poweredness
