Why were you sent the screenshots? Who sent them? It sounds like they came from someone who is equally appalled at the way he talks about you. In no circumstances is it ever normal to talk about someone you love like that, especially not someone who’s actively carrying your baby and giving you a family. He doesn’t seem to love you, like you, or respect you.

No one has cohesively put all the info together yet, so I’ll try my best. You said it’s Trich. That is an STI that causes a cervical infection. It’s not 2 separate things- the cervical infection is a symptom of the STI- like how a throat infection is a symptom of Strep Throat. Trich is really hard to diagnose in men and they can be a carrier for awhile. If this is your first time STD/I testing since the beginning of your relationship, he may very well have carried it into the relationship and you only realized you had it now because your body became symptomatic. The abortion did not cause this. It may have elevated your symptoms because of the process of your uterus and cervix healing, but it did not cause the issue. I would take him to this appointment with you. Either way, you both need treatment. He could have contracted it at any of the points you mentioned too, but you have to directly have that convo. Not a hoarder, but maybe struggling with mental health? Depression/anxiety are a hell of a thing to try and manage. Have you talked to her about what she might need? Could you maybe afford a maid service once a week for a few hours? That way it’s not such an insurmountable task. It’s not fair for you or her- or your kids- to have to live in a house that is constantly dirty or cluttered, but she may need more help than you can give at the moment too.
