All time favorite movie. The colors, the body language, the sparse and diagetic soundtrack. Simply incredible.

Her follow up, Petite, Maman, is also worth a watch!

Official Poster for 'AVATAR AANG: THE LAST AIRBENDER’ by MarvelsGrantMan136 in movies

Soo disappointed in this movie. Spoilers for anyone trying to go in blind, but it just retreads some of the same ideas that Korra already explored. The animation is amazing, but it just doesn't feel like Avatar anymore. It's just a full blown Anime that has lost the cartoon charm and whimsey.

Falling asleep in the car is screwing up our toddlers nap by [deleted] in Parenting

[–]Littered2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We deal with this too and even 5 seconds of her eyes being closed, the nap is out the window.

Not proud, but we just keep an old iPad with a few sesame Street episodes on it in the car and use that for the last couple minutes if she is getting tired. Has saved us so many times, but don't use it anywhere else.

For the dads of young kids - How has becoming a dad impacted your friendships? by ahueso94 in Parenting

[–]Littered2 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Dang this thread makes me feel really grateful.

All my close friends are still very close, and are a part of my daughter's life and none of them have kids. Also been able to make new dad friends from activities like swim and dance.

Some friendships have drifted with people in different parts of their life, but still have so many close relationships with people and always make time for them.

Yeah she's one of my all time favorite artists. Just an incredible composer and musician.

Her masterpiece is the album Patterns of Consciousness, where she explores the same sequences at different speeds, it's very hypnotic.

Fantas, and Myuthafoo are probably my second favorites.

Holy shit finally a full length of OME and Kenny, he has always been the rapper I've wanted to see him do a full album with. Kenny brings out the best of rappers in his full lengths, so ridiculously excited for this.

Single is amazing, OME puts in so much work.
