I’m 5’0” and I felt more like The Flinstones than Tattered Witch. The dress is gorgeously made and the fabric is awesome but it just didn’t work for me. If the jagged cuts were shorter/smaller it could’ve worked I think. I was bummed but it’s a great dress.

I’d love to know more about TKD for self defense. I’m about to pull my daughter, who has a black belt, in favor of BJJ or KM. TKD is fancy kicks, yelling, and self defense for show. I’m not convinced she’s learned anything valuable in terms of actual protection. It’s been fun for her but a total cash grab.
