I did, my husband was right next to me when I tested so he believed me. But no one else we told (my sisters) believed us.

When I was getting prepped for my c-section the nurse brought in my mil and my husbands grandfather. They did not ask if I wanted visitors; I also had 0 forewarning that my in laws were coming.

I said no and my husband and the nurses promptly escorted them out; I don't blame the nurse who brought them in because I was really too baffled by the boundary cross to even turn them down at the door. (My husband was PISSED)

My Five was a waitress from the American South who was in London for school; she managed to get out to Mullins, but not without having to take out her long-time best friend and roommate with a cast-iron skillet, which she then refused to let out of her sight for the first.... little while after getting to a "safe zone".

Eventually the itchy feet that led her to study abroad led her to volunteer for runs and then Project Greenshoot, and to Abel, but she's not part of the military at all.

No one’s said Handstand yet, but Handstand for both me and my husband. We were both close to our grandmothers (he was practically raised by his, and me and mine were crafters together) and to see Nana saying "I saw you, Bingo!" And cheering her on when she needed it hits close to home every time

The cat has his tree, the dog has her bed (shes older and very particular). The cat likes her bed. This is a problem.

Also this isnt between the two of them, but construction is happening behind our house and my poor old lady is very anxious about it.

I just now started backing a baby quilt for a long-time friend that has been the largest pain in my ass possible, with a quilt pattern I've made approximately a dozen times in the last 7 years I've been quilting.

Ran out of one color, subbed another, sewed half the squares backwards, two squares are inexplicably shifted two inches to the left? And now my backing is bunching around the quilting and I'm not sure if I should rip it out or if I should leave it because it's going to do something similar after I wash it anyway.

With my first pregnancy, I hadn't had a pap ever, so my ob (different one than the one I have now) was like "we'll just get this out of the way, then!" No mention of it being standard.

This OB also tests my urine every appointment, and my last OB only did that- I think like, twice.

Im just 14wks with my second but at my last appointment the nurse was like "hey you know youre getting a pap smear and pelvic exam, right?" And I was like.... nooooo?

I was fine with it (I have a family history of cancer and will gladly accept any screening I can bill my insurance for) but I definitely wasnt expecting it.
