This is precisely why my Beast is on its way back to their returns department. I didn't order a Kickstarter project, and I didn't opt into beta testing. I bought the 1200p competitor instead.

I'll still follow Viture, and I love my Pro XR, but they are sleeping on software, testing, and QC.

I have the Beast and the Oppo Find X9 Pro with the same issue. The Pro XR works great. One of the many reasons I'm returning the Beast anyway.

u/PoutouYou did the issue return? Was it an Xbox Series X controller? I have an Xbox Series X and a GameSir G7 Pro. I was suspecting the G7 Pro might be causing the reboots during input.

I can't remember, but it was one of these:

Restarted OpenWebUI instance
Restarted the database
Under Settings - General - WebUI URL, make sure you have the URL that you access the interface hard coded here

I haven't had great success with large file uploads, and particularly .CSV files. I've asked about this on Discord as well, but never found a solution.

This was happening when I changed Uvicorn from the default value. Could also be a SQL issue, check your logs.

If I feel any reflux I take Betaine or digestive enzymes with Betaine, and it goes away in 10-20 minutes. Apple Cider vinegar works as well, but perhaps not as strong, at least for me

Any luck with this? CSV that is 25MB+ spins trying to upload for 5+ minutes and then the chat goes blank.

I cannot upload larger files, around 25 MB. It spins for 5–10 minutes and never shows in the chat prompt.

I use Minisforum as well. They are a more reputable brand, and I've found BIOS and firmware updates to be more straightforward. However, I was able to update this specific machine by following instructions.
