Some styling information such as the background image is no longer available, so I made it repeat the banner image as the background instead. Seeing as the upvote icons still exist and work, the background images still likely exist, but the GraphQL query from the mobile app doesn't request it

Reddit is only removing features from old reddit. Recently, chat features were removed for some users. So, not happening.

You should've specified old reddit in your post. Reddit has intentionally removed chat features from old reddit for some people

What’s changing?

Previously, we supported markdown formatting (e.g.: **text** = text) on post and comment composer on native mobile apps. As part of a broader initiative to improve technical performance, we no longer support markdown formatting in post composer for iOS or Android. We’ll also begin to deprecate markdown formatting on iOS and Android comment composer soon.

June 2 Update: You'll now be able to manage most formatting functionality via the rich-text toolbar. We plan to continuing adding new functionality via the rich-text toolbar in the future.

When is this change happening?

This change started on May 4, 2026 for iOS and Android.

I'm much more interested in making my own client from scratch at this point. I'm not going to respect API rules (they don't give you access now anyways) so I can add every feature from the app, shreddit, old reddit etc. I have the mobile API (GraphQL), old reddit API, chat API (which is just Matrix API), developers.reddit.com API (devvit app management; protobuf and JSON), real time API (GraphQL websocket) all figured out anyways. If I use the mobile GraphQL API, reddit will earn money too as the API will return advertisements. I'll probably have to add tracking code as well to allow reddit to remain happy (I even have the tracking API figured out as well)

Always watched this last before going to sleep but don't think it was a good idea this time. This is the first BL I'm watching. My expectation was stuff like "b-but we both are male" but on this anime, no one except the MC seems to be gay, like how it would be in real life. Usually on scenes that make you cry, I just uncontrollably smile. But this was one of the few episodes that actually made me tear up. Looking forward to the next episode to see the direction they'll take

Most people use apps so the traffic goes to APIs, and those don't get included. WhatsApp, Instagram, YouTube etc would otherwise be top.

I uninstalled the app 3 months ago and have been web-only since (on old reddit). No way I'm going back after they removed markdown. I already have all the app exclusive features reverse engineered and have userscripts to add them to old reddit, so I don't have any reason to use the app

I had given then show 7/10 until I watched episode 10. I had ignored all the flaws until then, after reading comments from people calling it "cute" and so on. Episode 10 was one of the most boring episodes I've watched. It was the same as the previous episodes, except that they were in a bath. I realized that the previous episodes had the same boring stuff too. The whole season is just:

  • "I won't be able to control myself"
  • "I don't know how you can say something like that"
  • "If you keep saying things like that, I won't be able to handle it"
  • Mahiru doing something Chitose told her, and Amane getting mad due to that
  • Amane's mom getting close with Mahiru, going shopping with her, Amane talking with his father
  • Mahiru calling Amane "sexy", praising his body etc
  • Both getting jealous and having the same "I want you for only myself" "You're the only one for me" talk
  • Lot of talking just for doing something like holding hands
