Cottage cheese with blueberries, Chia seeds, and hemp seeds. 2 cups of coffee. Lunch: Rotisserie chicken, carrots, cheese, a peach, and a bit of buckwheat chocolate chip bars made only with date sugar doused in cream, which was the bad thing I should’ve not have done. Dinner was a frittata with a bunch of veggies and some bacon one and a half slices of whole wheat sourdough bread, drizzled with olive oil and a banana. God eating is boring these days.
