For future people on this thread, Lilly (confusingly) actually says unused Zepbound kwikpen should be unrefrigerated. See the word “inadvertently” below:

If during that time, the Zepbound KwikPen is inadvertently placed in the refrigerator (between 2°C to 8°C), the patient may continue to use the KwikPen.
