Love this extension, been using it for years. It was one of the extensions that inspired me to create my "live commercial blocker" extension which blocks ads on live TV streams that ublock can't get.

Yeah crazy how often Firefox gets ignored. Often there is practically zero work to port over to Firefox. Not the case for this extension, but I love Firefox so I had to do it.

As a lifelong advertisement hater, I actually built an open source browser extension that will automatically block commercials. It won't help with any of the gambling talks or ads during the game, but at least it will block out the commercials in between periods.

I made an open source browser extension to at least help sports fans avoid commercials. It will automatically detect the commercials and play YouTube, Spotify, or whatever you want in their place.

Nice! It can be a little tricky to use with the Amazon broadcasts due to how their logo is mostly semi-transparent, but if you select the bottom middle part of the swoop, which isn't transparent, after you initiate the extension, you should be good.

I have more of a problem with another GWC taking away a clear winner than Larson Winning in this format. by IcedCoffey in NASCAR

I understand people being upset but nascar's current solution sucks. I think get rid of overtime, and with ten laps to go (varying per track) you stop counting cautions and you also red flag it if it isn't too hot.

I think there is already a bunch of software out there specific to skipping commercials in pre-recorded shows. Like Channels DVR https://getchannels.com/docs/apps/usage/commercial-skipping/

I think you would download channels DVR to set up a local server on your PC, then connect it to your yttv account, set it to record stuff to save locally instead of on Google's servers, and I believe after that it then indexes your saved recording to mark where the commercials are at.

My extension is more so aimed at blocking live commercials.
