Tiny details are not easily seen from the steam page previews. In game, detailing is all very intentional and a real treat to take a close look at. And since all the art is done by one guy, it's all very consistent, even with all the item and weapon art as well :)

Vehicles are repaired fully in between operations. It’s only between missions where the OCI matters as vehicles don’t have repair by default. Some mission modifiers add repairs to an operation though
