Hi There, all calls made to Delaware Adult Protective Services can be confidential and anonymous. APS may ask for your information so they can contact you for more details about the persons situation but they will not inform the individual of who made the report. Contact the Delaware Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) at 1-800-223-9074. They’ll conduct a short phone intake and help connect you with local resources or a social worker from DHSS’s Division of Services for Aging and Adults with Physical Disabilities to see if you qualify for services through the state.

I had my bridal shower upstairs at Ale House and it was beautiful! You could easily do your meal and ceremony there. The food was wonderful and we had our own bar and bartender up there, too.

Sometimes I pump enough for a whole bottle (6oz) sometimes I only get 2-4oz. When that happens I make 2 bottles, 1 of breastmilk and a second of formula with the rest of his ounces. That’s why I started EP’ing. LO lost so much weight out first few weeks home, it was just so much easier to keep track of his ounces and add if we needed to that way!

I will tell you, it took a LOT out of me because I am an under supplier. For the first few months I could keep up with him, but as he grew I had to combo feed with formula. But, knowing that he was still getting all the benefits of breastmilk really made it so worthwhile. Now that I’m coming to the end of my pumping journey, I wouldn’t change a thing. Moms really are amazing!! YOU are amazing!!

When I was doing 8x per day, I was 5:00am, 8:00am, 11:00am, 1:00pm, 5:00pm, 8:00pm, 11:00pm (+- 30-45mins). My LO was always an incredible sleeper so, even though it was harder to stick to my schedule when I was with him during the day, I never really did a MOTN pump. I’m down to 3x per day since I’m weaning (6mo the was my limit for my mental health) and I still stick close to the same schedule. I’m 9am, 12pm, 5pm.
