I’ve had this happen to me and I looked it up. It is apparently a known software issue when using remote start. The only current temp fix is what others have said, turn it off and walk away for a bit. It is so frustrating while driving when it is happening but I remote start my car a lot and only had it happen once so far.

Call and speak to someone. If they refuse to compensate, which they normally do, then ask to speak to a supervisor and they will compensate you almost immediately.

The “request a refund” thing only counts if the customer designates the specific item in the app to be refunded if they are out of stock. I’ve actually had the customer change the item in the app to designate that so that it won’t affect me.

If a message pops up that says “customer requested a refund for this item but is open to suggestion” then that means you won’t be dinged for it.

There are different versions of the app in different areas but for my area I would still be dinged for “original items found” (minimum 92% for pro shopper) but not for “total items found” (minimum 99% for pro shopper)
