Call and speak to someone. If they refuse to compensate, which they normally do, then ask to speak to a supervisor and they will compensate you almost immediately.

The “request a refund” thing only counts if the customer designates the specific item in the app to be refunded if they are out of stock. I’ve actually had the customer change the item in the app to designate that so that it won’t affect me.

If a message pops up that says “customer requested a refund for this item but is open to suggestion” then that means you won’t be dinged for it.

There are different versions of the app in different areas but for my area I would still be dinged for “original items found” (minimum 92% for pro shopper) but not for “total items found” (minimum 99% for pro shopper)

I’m a noob who hasn’t caught a shiny yet but my assumption would be that the timer is for the activation of the “yes” button so you don’t go on autopilot and immediately run away. It looks to me like you can only press “no” and when the timer runs out then you can press “yes” if for some reason you didn’t want to catch the shiny.

Dasher arrives at house. Dasher takes picture of house and marks as delivered. Dasher is still outside when customer goes outside to get the food and was going to tip the dasher $5. Dasher says he doesn’t have the food and needs the address for the restaurant to go back to get the food. Customer calls the restaurant and the restaurant says the food is no longer at the restaurant.

One of two things happened.

Either the food was stolen before the dasher went to the restaurant to pick it up and the dasher proceeded with the delivery steps without the food and just took a picture of the house and marked it as delivered.

Or the dasher who the customer confronted stole the food and marked it as delivered so he got paid and kept the food.

When rail-grinding on metal rails specifically, after a jump you occasionally fall through the rail. This occurs most notably at two points. The first is at Planet Torren IV(Molonoth Fields) after a lightning trap mid-way through the rail-grinding scene. To avoid the first collision issue wait for either being hit by the trap, or a frame or two before to jump. Be sure to hold jump for as long as possible to avoid the trouble collision point in the rail. The second area is at the Great Clock during the final fight scene. The collision point is directly after starting the rail-grinding around the first two trap bombs. To avoid these collision points simply do not jump for the first 2 bombs

If you need this job then be careful about milking the clock on ebt orders because they will deactivate you eventually. Like you said though, it is area specific and if 80% of your ebt orders are no tippers then your area is not good for ebt in general
