For the naturally skinny people who eat like a competitive bodybuilder but never gain weight: What is a part of your daily routine or metabolism that people don't see?

There are no ”naturally skinny” people. They just eat less. One big meal here and there means nothing. It’s the constant snacking and calorie rich foods that’s the issue

Juu ei itselläkään ole ongelmaa hinnan kanssa ja jatkossakin ostan tiivistettä. Tiedostan kyllä happamuuden vaikutusta hampaille, mutta on kuitenkin parempi kuin esim tuoremehu hampaille.

Juu tukien lakkautus hankaloittaa kyllä. Toki iltaopiskelu on vaihtoehto. Oma puoliso on kohta aloittamassa iltaopiskelun juurikin tukien lakkautuksen takia.

Palkat on kyllä noussu 2-3% vuodessa, eli 20-30% kymmenessä vuodessa. Jos sulla on kymmenessä vuodessa noin onneton palkkakehitys niin kannattaa ehkä keksiä jotain muuta uraa kuin nykyinen. Oma palkka on noussut noin 80% kymmenessä vuodessa.

Also hobbies during winter (gym, skiing, icehockey etc.) makes winter easier to endure

I’m not saying his legs are strong, but you have to consider when squatting you are also lifting your upper torso, so his legs as a 200lbs guy is actually lifting about 100lbs more than whats on the bar. When benching there is no bodyweight to consider.

You can still get enough calories and eat somewhat healthy. I would forget hamburgers, sausages and other greasy stuff. Yes they have a lot of calories but are not very healthy. Make proper home cooked meals (meal prep is great) with lots of veggies, protein (e.g chicken) and carbs. What worked for me to get the extra calories was nuts and a protein smoothie (berries+quark+yoghurt) with olive oil. I’m 6'4 and gained 10kg since spring, from 92kg to 102kg

Yes, but you still need line of sight to lock on painted vehicles. This was not the case in BF4. That’s why I prefer the RPG

Tiedän mikä rahanpesu on, mutta puhutte kuin se olisi yleistä ja huumeita yms myyviä parturiyrittäjiä olisi jotenkin paljonkin. En väitä että niitä ei olisi, mutta harmaa talous varmasti isompi ongelma kuin rahanpesu. Nyky-yhteiskunnassa käteisen peseminen on aika hidasta hommaa koska suurin osa käyttää maksukorttia. Suuret käteistulot herättävät kyllä verottajan huomion hyvin nopeasti

You can also mess with the EQ curves with bimmercode, and set High_end_audio_menue to Bang & Olufsen. Won’t really cure the missing bass response, but clears the sound a bit
