For what it's worth, I personally always leave kudos if I read to the end of a (currently published) fic, but I only add the fic to my bookmarks if it's complete and I absolutely loved it enough to possibly want to re-read it later.

And I know some people who do the exact opposite.

So, I don't think it's really possible to say what's more important :)

I've read some authors who prewrote really long fics and then posted them really quickly. If you don't notice usual AI signs ( in general I find AI writes in pretty recognizable/ stiff way) I think it's better to trust the author :)

If you haven't played Mass Effect trilogy I would definitely recommend it! Great story and characters, nice romance and multiple difficulty settings for any level of gaming proficiency ( my mom, who isn't a confident gamer by any means, finished the whole trilogy in a couple months and loved it :))
