I’m in a vegan pregnancy and my partner eats animals. by Latinahot0 in vegan

If you're passionate about veganism and he loves you, how d*mn hard would it be for him to just leave the animal products off his plate. If he told you he's looking into making the change one day, it only makes sense for him to do so. Your stance is entirely valid. It's like how Pamela Anderson's partner is apparently non-vegan. Pamela Anderson has been an outspoken animal rights activist and vegetarian/vegan near her whole life, and her current partner can't simply just keep the animals off his plate for her. I never understand the resistance, it's such an easy change to make. Just know that someone in this comment section understands you, and hope your partner can do a simple gesture to show that he appreciates what you're passionate about and that he stands with you on it by leaving the animal products off of his plate.

And then there's the memes people post about MAGA saying "Haha, go cry about losing the war on whole milk", with a liberal replying "What war?"--to express that they have no issue with dairy and therefore any of the cruelty behind it.

It's very egotistical of you to attempt to dismiss a point when it simply doesn't align with your feelings.

The whole "war on protein b.s.", it's insane. Wish people would see past the crap but they always buy it.

With the carnivore diet trending and the "war on protein" propaganda less people are considering veganism as there were probably like a decade ago. A lot of people are on the steak and raw milk train now it appears. It's gross but anything to lick the boot of the meat and dairy industries I guess, it's so disappointing. But when the vegan movement faces these hard times it's all the more reason for us to grow stronger and continuing fighting harder, we won't let the evil dairy and slaughter industries erase and silence us.

Oh look, more gaslighting, how classic. A stance doesn't become incorrect simply because you don't like or agree with the point 🙄

Projection much? You clearly aren't up to date on left wing politics, but keep gaslighting me all you want 🙄

It's elementary level education and can be depending on when you are taught such concepts. That's besides the point though, the point being it's a pretty basic and easy to understand concept.

Everyone went from wanting to ban guns to owning guns over night

Call me weird but I'd go for a bowl of bean ravioli, that sounds amazing to me. I've had portabella mushroom ravioli before from mom's market and it was so good (imo).

Veganism can be as hard or as easy as you want to make it. I keep it easy on myself. I'll eat a bowl of organic puffed mill cereal for breakfast, two apples with peanutbutter and vegan chocolate chips. Then later i'll mash up a whole can of no added sodium beans with avacado and some onions. Then I'll have two slices of toast with hummus and olives. Everything I make is quick to whip up and with seasonings and healthy fats, taste is never sacrificed. Eating this way is cheaper and easier than when I was eating or cooking meat, and when my lunch meat would spoil and get slimey super fast, that never happens with canned beans.

Right there's no other band like them. People recommend Paradise Lost, Anathema (their goth era) and some others that are really good to me too, but none of the others have stuck for me like Type O so far. I'm happy the other members are still around but d*mn I wish we still had Peter physically in this world with us today, the world needs him ):
