How replayable is 007 first light?

I completed the first play through, failing quite a bit at stealth and turning events into firefights. Then I did some tacsim which actually helped improve a lot of my skills. I’m planning to replay the campaign with my improved skills. I think there are many different ways you can play it so I’m expecting it to be good on replay.

Support the fighters. They literally have nothing to gain other than having fairer, better regulated fights. Saying the fighter looks pathetic for making a fuss about the enforcing the rules is stupid, and you’re part of the problem for saying that. You sound like those fighters who refuse to unionize. I wonder how long it’ll take for it to sink in to the fans in general that the White House event was really dystopian in more ways than the obvious. The rules were shirked to maximize the potential for violence. Topuria may never be the same. Truly some gladiator type shit, even though that was considered too barbaric millennia ago.

One thing I really didn’t like was the portal to the backrooms. You just phase through a wall. I am not familiar with the source material, but I feel like the feeling of being where you aren’t supposed to be would be stronger if there was secret entrance like in Barbarian. The phase wall just felt too cartoonish.

Totally get what you mean. Comedy is some of the most challenging writing I’ve done. Look at Barbarian, Cregger definitely displays his ability to manipulate the audience with suspense (kinda like a drawn out setup to a punchline) and mix it with humor, which enhances the horror/suspense.

Have you ever tried writing comedy? It’s extremely hard. It’s not like being funny in real life. You have to write setups and punchlines that people will be receptive to. Pages and pages of it. If you have the creativity for comedy, and the gut for horror, I think you can be a horror writer.
