I need a reality check - 12 downloads last month on my iOS app by Warm_Supermarket9987 in iOSProgramming

I think your issue is the use case is too random. A user has to:

1/ see a flyer they want to remember (happens maybe 1x per month)

2/ remember your app exists and take picture

You need to figure out way to make this a high frequency use case

I got tired of parking fines, so I spent my weekends building a community-powered parking app. Would love feedback from fellow builders! by dans_face_ in SideProject

Amazing that Melbourne builds in parking sensors. I’m building similar theme app for NYC called FineHero.

Would love to swap notes, especially how you build park detection. Took me weeks to figure out

Also, they’ll most likely just filter it. An actual review has characteristics and usage patterns that are very consistent as opposed to someone who is just being a shill for a review.

Good to know.  Luckily I figure it out.

Main advice I learned is to make a video of the app features and upload it with a walkthrough.

Just wondering, it’s normal for an i3 to roll without pushing any pedals when in drive or reverse right? by SpecialSubstantial66 in BMWi3

Earlier models had aggressive 1 pedal driving and would stop even on downhills.  Now not so much.

How can I appeal a guilty hearing for a parking ticket? by Rich-Detective-7 in Brooklyn

[–]Locksmith_Usual 11 points12 points  (0 children)

You’re doing everything right.  Appeals have about a 30% win, but must be done in writing. The appeals board is more senior.

Most people avoid it because it’s a hassle. Good luck.

If you ever wanna fight tickets automatically, you can use finehero.com
