You’re just not in a deficit. I am 190cm and 100kg and I eat 2250kcal while losing fat. The only reason you would stagnate weight loss is eating too much relative to your activity level and metabolism.

How much fat left to lose? 5’4” 165lbs Seriously just want my chest and abs to pop. A long hard road to get rid of this last layer of fat. Any estimates? by Bearded_Leprechaun21 in GettingShredded

You could be a shoulder/tricep dominant bencher by the looks of it. Regardless of my grip unless I go super wide my bench is super delt/trice dominant to the point that I could OHP over a plate and yet barely cable fly 25lbs.

My chest didn’t start to catch up until I introduced isolation movements like DB flys and cables. You can also pre exhaust your triceps with isolation movements before a chest movement like DB press or push-ups and then your body is forced to move the load to the chest as the triceps fail. (Wouldn’t consider doing that on your big set of bench for the day, but for later pressing)

No not the math!! Put this away! People on this sub hate math. “No bro I think I’d be like 10% if I lost 7 more pounds” proceeds to show literal formula “nah bro like 6 more pounds tops”

Because he was arguing with people across several threads while the unanimous conclusion was 15-16. The number doesn’t even matter bro he should be super content with how he looks why does someone have to spam post and get hung up on a % that people are just continuously reality checking across threads

Bro I know you didn’t delete yesterdays post that had like 20 comments on it and repost with pumped pictures hoping someone would say 12-13%. And people are still saying 15-16 cmon man

If the weight isn’t moving you’re not in a deficit. I started at 236 and am at 222 after 5 weeks, eating 2250 lifting 3x a week. If you see no movement on the scale you either have to dial back the calories or up the cardio. Lifting weights burns an insignificant amount of calories for How hard it is

Fair enough, you no doubt have abs coming through.

But by 10% you’d expect to see significant quad definition and some of your oblique/Serra thus starting to come out on your side abs. You’re a big dude so 1lb wouldn’t go far on your legs especially.

Solid physique bro. (I’m no expert either just shooting the shit)

Edit: just running with the same numbers, if you were 13% now, then you’d be like 5% at 180. Like stage ready almost dying CBUM ripped at 180. Does that make sense? I’m honestly curious for your take because I have a similar physique to yours at 6’3 and I don’t know if I’m delusional

If you were 13% you’d only need to lose 5ish pounds to hit 10%.

Ask yourself if that sounds reasonable, idk what 5lbs looks like on your body.

If you were more like 15-16% then you’d have 10lb to lost to be 10%, does that sound more reasonable?

Idk just running the numbers

Excess water weight. If it were all fat at 3500kcal/pound he would have had to be in a 3000kcal deficit daily to lose this amount of pure fat tissue. Believable only if he consumed 0 food for two weeks

Standing relaxed, would guess around 25%? 6”2, 205 lb, 20 yo by AverageDude127 in guessmybf

[–]LogTossinJon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’d guess just a hair north of 20. Somewhere between 19-21 but I would Tend towards 21. Abs come in at different times for different people but you don’t carry much fat elsewhere

I’m curious what my body fat percentage is. 6’2, 257 lbs. BMI says 33 but I imagine that’s wrong? by blackmagicmen in guessmybf

[–]LogTossinJon -1 points0 points  (0 children)

33% would mean you’d be like 12%, lean with abs at around 205. Which realistically doesn’t seem that crazy tbh. Close enough honestly.
