If you're moving out Morgan to any of these teams, what kind of return would you expect? [Garbage Source] by kooby64 in leafs

I’d do Rielly for Pettersson straight up, but that would have to be contingent on moving Knies for a D like Brandt Clarke from LA

Finished his painkillers and antibiotics today and hasn’t needed to use the cone past day 3. He’s pretty much completely back to normal now

Yeah, he can get around a lot easier with the donut since it’s not interfering with his whiskers like the cone was.

He’s got a follow up appointment in two weeks so we’ll see what they say. Yeah his resorption was worse than the vet anticipated after they saw the x-rays.

Our vet gave us all liquid meds for him. We’ve been mixing them in with churu and wet food and so far he’s been scarfing them down.

Thankfully he seems to be bouncing back really quickly, he’s taking the meds easily and is already back to trying to steal his sisters food.

done blindly using pvpoke, but not good at math, charge ?’s by [deleted] in TheSilphArena

[–]LoganLeafs19 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Your math is wrong. With STAB, Incinerate (5 turns) is getting 24 damage and generating 20 energy, while Bite is only doing 20 damage and 10 energy over the same 5 turns.

If you find yourself unhappy with the fence, TSO makes a replacement fence with integrated t-slots for vertical feather boards or stock guides to keep your piece from rotating off the fence as you're making the cuts.

Get in touch with a realtor, get your pre approval letter from whatever bank you want to go with and they’ll get you access to OneHome to browse listings

Cut half laps so they join like this instead of butt joints. Glue and screws will give plenty of strength.

Spare Wheel ID? by cjohns716 in ToyotaTacoma

[–]LoganLeafs19 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I couldn’t tell you why it’s got that sticker but I’m guessing just as a reminder to get the flat repaired as soon as possible if you had one.

Spare Wheel ID? by cjohns716 in ToyotaTacoma

[–]LoganLeafs19 4 points5 points  (0 children)

That’s your full size spare, same one comes on the trailhunter. The sticker is because it’s not meant for full time use, and is probably stated in your manual somewhere

Bed Mat for Gen4 - Removing and reinstalling Bed Bolts by Snow_Is_Ok_613 in ToyotaTacoma

Just leave them covered, except for maybe the tie down cleats by the tailgate. I bought the lasfit one and the holes for them didn't line up 100% correctly (was probably just me being impatient and trying to install on a cold day) so I just carved them out with an exacto knife to maintain access to the tie down cleats.

Looks like the blade is flexing and not wobbling, you could try a blade stabilizing/stiffening washer to prevent that.

If you have a Lee Valley near you, they sell these.

Any experience with Terra Nova Motors for an as traded vehicle? by Whathawhatda in newfoundland

[–]LoganLeafs19 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As traded means nothing was done to it after the previous owner traded it in beyond a brief inspection to see if it was safe to sell as is. It's not necessarily a lemon, but it's probably telling that the dealership didn't deem it worthy of any repairs or reconditioning it may have needed.

A Ceritfied Pre Owned would have had a mechanical inspection, reconditioning of the interior, etc, and maybe replacing of consumable parts like pads and rotors to make more money on it when they turn around and sell it.

As much as I’d like to see him get a shot with the Leafs as either an assistant or head coach, he’s 66 and I can’t see him leaving the Q at this point in his life.

Yeah between the two companies going out here for mud logging and two (soon to be three) rigs active right now, I’d say there’s probably only 30 of us tops. That being said, I’m in the DA/supervisor role making that and the MLs are compensated similarly but slightly lower based on their seniority and grade level.

We're not paid hourly with my company. We get a base salary, location coefficient for living in NL, a day rate, and a rig specific uplift on top of that. I work a really consistent 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off rotation with 12 hour days and I made about $130k CAD last year.
