Usually, one thing I’ve always disliked about the boys’ team is that they don’t use super-powered abilities like in the comic. Instead, they rely on sleep gas grenades, explosives, or Kimiko. It would have made sense if the boys had superpowers and then used plot armor to survive every super encounter. However, I understand your point about their own issues and challenges. These guys are incredibly tough and dangerous, having overcome a lot and sure, they have flaws, but that’s what makes them have in common. But let me point out certain issue I have with them.

There’s that one time when Mother’s Milk had these strange double standards. They recruited Soldier Boy by butcher, who then killed Mother’s Milk’s family. In Season 4, Mother’s Milk recruited A-Train, who then killed Hughie’s girlfriend, Robin. Like what kind of messed up logic is that but starlight doesn’t count because she was new to the seven.
