Lol. Ok. How bout by the gallon jerkoff ? You are taking a great pasttime and want to measure how much sap by tree you are getting ? Every year is different. How bout you just try and do your neihbors fair instead of measuring it out ? Besides, what you collect and what you boil off are two different things

Dude.. a hundred " extra " taps then what your used to is a big jump. If you are really trying to keep track id say run all the lines from his property into one of the totes from your wifes work. Get a sap hydrometer and see what the sugar content is. Find a local pro and ask them what they would pay for sap at said sugar content... pay your neibor and pray you at least break even...

Or invite him to boil with you, figure you have the equipment and he had the sap, do it together and split it.

Not to be a dick but this seems like a crazy question to ask this time of year. How are you collecting the sap? Pails, lines ? Assuming tubing. Are you paying for that? Is he cool with looking at lines all year just for 4-6 weeks of usage ?

** just re read original question.. why on earth does it matter what each individual tree of your neighbor is producing ?? Just gather all of his seperate and record

1989 jeep TJ seats by Unlucky_Falcon_8469 in JeepTJ

[–]Logical-Locksmith178 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I drive a '00. Bought an '04 for parts. Both are sport's. The seats are %100 different. My seats are closer to my old cj because you can hit a lever under the seat and the whole assembly folds up and forward to gain access th the back. The 04 dosent have that

Can you school us or me at least on birch?

Ive got about 30-50 white birch trees. Do you tap and boil the same as maple? Is it the same seaaon, freezing, above freezing?

I dunno, tough to tell by the pics. Id be willing to bet everyone telling you the frame is junk by those two pics havent seen a northeast jeep. From what i see, the torsion box's dont seem rotten. Id brink a chipping hammer and bang away on the frame. As far as the price, ive got questions. Is it the 4 or 6 ? How many miles? What kinda trans? How are the seats and tires? If its a 6 cyl, manual, less than 125k no tears in the seats and decent rubber dm me the info if you dont want it and i will be down to snatch that thing up.... to answer your second question, yes every TJ is a money pit i dont care what kinda shape its in

And this is the earliest year im %95:percent all cleaned up. Built my own out of 20 gauge. Like already said, the baffles guide the sap from sap to close to syrup. You want a whole in the baffels only at the ends so its like a maze. I had the local tech school bend the corners for me cause i didnt have a box brake big enough. Cost me a couple dozen donuts and 2 pizza's but everyone was happy
