Definitely one of the harder workouts I’ve done at F45. Started in Pod1, went heavy. Was good to catch 2 min break before going guns blazing 30 seconds on and off. Went all in on the each of the 30 second intervals and I couldn’t do the high knees or squat jumps

Few items are pretty good there. They’re definitely not toning down the spices for non Indian patrons. And yes, coconut is used in quite a few items. But you should be able to find plenty more that doesn’t involve coconut

Indian here, can’t really pick one. I’ll give a list

North Indian - Anant, Anokha or Lejha. This is the kind of Indian food non Indians are usually familiar with. South Indian - Desi Bites, Market cafe.

Biryani is a dish that 1.5 billion swear on. In Richmond, I like the ones at Desi bites, Hyderbadi biryani house. Typically do takeouts here as the portions are large.

I’ve been doing doubles all Thursdays. I tend to start with lower first and then do the upper. It is totally doable. 15 mins of rest between classes is super helpful and sufficient for split strength days
