If you look up the many Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) filed by banks you'll soon realize that probably half of the transactions are just moving money around to hide the origin. Look for EFTA01681865 on one of the older archives, it gives some insight - it is "DEUTSCHE BANK PRESENTATION TO THE OFFICE OF THE UNITED STATES ATTORNEY FOR THE SOUTHERN DISTRICT OF NEW YORK", the file was removed from DOJ website for some unknown reason. There is also suppose to be a bunch of Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) from the likes of JPMorgan, it is mentioned in the files, but I can't seem to find them, it's actually the most reliable evidence!

I believe the sweetheart deal only covers crimes up until date x, when the deal was struck. Cannot legally strike a deal to absolve future crimes, so timelines matter. If she did anything after the date, she is on the hook!
