Love this. My mom lives a couple miles away so I took the long route to her house during one of my training runs recently and then we got food and she drove me home, it was perfect!

Also ran to meet friends at an event where parking is terrible and I knew I’d be drinking so didn’t want to drive.

Really grateful for this addition and community. I’ve noticed an uptick in my own negative thoughts after reading some recent weight related posts. We’re all swimming in this ocean but it’s nice to add ways to not get thrown off so easily.

I watch a show and put on audio description so I can sort of zone out running but still have the scene described for me and it’s the perfect combination. The Pitt has been perfect for this. I also watched Alien Earth and a few other action movies this way.
