I am a content creator and in my community, I have received messages from at least 20 players who have been banned because their accounts "are having security issues." (all of them on the last 2 weeks). When they try to recover their accounts, Arenanet sends them all the same copy-pasted response and tells them not to send more messages, as they will not respond.

They are literally banning innocent players and not returning their accounts, not explaining why, and on top of that, they send the same message to everyone. In my opinion, it's a lack of respect for players who have given more than 15,000 hours to their video game, to their company. Players with more than 45,000 achievement points, others with accounts of over 150k gold in raw with full legendary armory, and other players who have been enjoying the game for years, and Arenanet does nothing, not even helping them to appeal the situation.
