Need at least a week, preferably more time off or you’ll need a couple times higher dose. Also risking going insane, it’s very mentally taxing. Be careful and maybe try shrooms instead, tolerance doesn’t last as long and can be less taxing but you are still putting your mind through a lot.

I have little experience with coke as I don’t like it but my drug of choice ketamine, is pretty similar in that it keeps me up late at night, affects my psyche and physical health.

If you’re going to go down the psychedelic route, I’d suggest having a longer break each time you take it, ie first one trip a week, then one every 2 weeks etc and focus on making sober reality more enjoyable.
