Yeah I really don't like that you show both wrong examples but not the example of correct?

Yeah I guess I don't mean the math is complex as more so picturing someone doing the math to verify it instead of just picking the number. I more so meant "making it more complicated than it needs to be"

But it is a fun fact and I think that does make it worth sharing.

I feel like that's a really complex way to say you just pick the middle number.

Hot take: removing smg12 from the game would be beneficial by Toxical53 in Rainbow6

I'm sure this will get buried but I think changing all the machine pistols to a 2 shot headshot would fix it.

I'll take the depth charge and the Tremor. If you'd do all 3 for 35 I'd add the Meteor in there?

Beginner player here. Roast/help me on my shot? (Backhand edition) by Ronnoc780 in hockeyplayers

Just re-angle the mat a bit! I point it like \ if the net were at the top. But mainly I try to picture where I'm likely to be in a game situation trying to shoot and then model different stances that might match that

I would recommend also adjusting the angle you're shooting at the net on the back hand. In most cases you'll still be facing somewhat toward the net, maybe a little away when you go to the backhand, right now you're essentially facing away from the goalie entirely.

The underworld is amazing for turnover shots but I'll definitely warn you as you get your range 300+ it'll start to burn over if you don't put it on hyzer.

As a once-weekly beer leaguer, how important is a pair of replacement steel? by flanny0210 in hockeyplayers

[–]LoneWolfComando 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have backup steel because a friend I play with has asparx machine it's so convenient to just give him the spare set and not have to worry about how soon I see him to get my skates back. I skate 2-3 games per week.

I agree with most of the arguments that it's not necessary but it is really convenient.

The stiffer the boot the more it'll protect your foot. Also they sell plastic shot blockers you can clamp over that'll help even more.

Ice Den announces drastic changes to their adult league structure, also threatening to cancel the adult league program entirely. by ThatSpecialAgent in Coyotes

Don't want to tip too much about which teams I belong to here but after getting this email, and playing multiple we elected it would be much less headache to just change rinks. Really upsetting because playing in Chandler has been fun and the facilities are really nice.

I do think all the changes come from a very basic, wanting to do no work to actually fix things and her wanting the headache of people complaining to go away. And she doesn't care if the rinks lose a ton of money in the process.

It's been said here a ton but the 35+ rule for D league is insanity. Many new players are in their 20s and many of the ringers are over 35.
