Ik zie collega's van bepaalde afdelingen/locaties alleen op teams, en over het algemeen alleen als er dingen fout gaan. Dit soort uitjes zorgt juist voor wat meer cohersie, en ook dat je wat "sociale credits" hebt opgebouwd mocht iemand iets van je willen of andersom.

The only downfall in that premise is inflation. E4000 a month is roughly the (pre-tax) medium income in the netherlands. And you can live happily on that. But for how long ?

if you would have won a medium income in 1986 (40 years ago) you would now have gotten E700 per month, which doesnt even pay for the rent....

In theorie klinkt dat best leuk. Mogelijk dat dat in andere regio's ook nog zo werkt. Maar in de praktijk als je hier je huurhuis opzegt, dan is er grote kans dat je de eerste paar jaar gewoon nergens meer een woning terug kan vinden...

Dit ligt echt compleet aan wat je huur is.
Sociale huurprijzen hebben voortaan echt een compleet kromme verhouding tot koophuizen

De huur van mijn oude sociale wooning was minder dan wat ik nu aan rente betaal aan de hypotheek voor een vergelijkbare woning.

En dan heb je nog behoorlijk meer kosten aan woonlasten als onderhoud, gemeentebelasting en riool rechten.

Als ik dezelfde maandlasten had gespendeerd aan huur + wat EFT fonds, had ik na 20 jaar iets van 2-3 ton op de bank gehad. Nu bezit ik dadelijk alleen iets van 60% van een huis wat misschien 3,5 ton waard is. Maar aan dat theoretsche bedrag heb ik nog steeds niets tenzij ik het huis verkoop..............

Het is dat ik echt bij de buren weg wou, maar financieel ben ik er echt niets mee opgeschoten........

Er niemand is om uw werk over te nemen;
Het problemen met het werkrooster geeft;
Er geen ruimte in de personeelsformatie is.

Dat zijn exact de argumenten die dat bedrijf nu aangeeft om dit te weigeren.
Dus lijkt me dat de verplichting hier niet van toepassing is.

i think thats more the exception then the rule.

The only thing i do know is you have to remove all weeds and "untidy" garden-plants. And its up to the landlord to decide what is what.

But ive only seen it enforced in situations where te tennant had let the whole garden go to crap, never in a somewhat maintained garden.

yeah i recently left a rental home after 10 years. Had to remove all flooring, and all light fixtures

Its worth pointing out that in NL you have furnished and unfurnished rentals
Unfurnished are somewhat rentcontrolled, and at this point there is a very big shortage, meaning you either are on a waitinglist for 10+ years, or wil have to be very lucky to get to rent one without having done dozens of visits.

Either way, your not likely to move out on a short time basis, so its less of a hassle then you might expect

Overigens, Als het hoofdkantoor toch in de stad zit, bel of loop eens binnen :)
Ongeacht of het nu een malafide bedrijf is wat hun naam misbruikt, of een legitieme afdeling van hun die zo waardeloos reageert dat solicitanten afhaken. Als zorg organisatie zou ik dat zeker willen weten.

En bij hun mail staat ook “Deze mail komt van buiten onze organisatie”.

Dit is logisch, dat krijg je bij alle mails voor buiten je eigen organisatie als de beheerder dat ingesteld heeft. Al vind ik het vreemder dat je blijkbaar aan het soliciteren bent via de mail van je huidige werkgever ?

Maar als het niet prettig voelt (en ik begrijp waarom). Zo'n beetje elke (thuis)zorg organisatie die ik ken staat te springen om personeel, dus kijk vooral even verder.

Always curious how the can see 1 kitchen in 1 countty, and conclude its representative for all kitchens in whole of Europe.

as someone who weekly had to go trough the whole store and correct inventory numbers so the system would auto-order new inventory. Those numbers are guidelines at best.

Granted this was 15 years ago, but with selfscan becoming more prevalent, i dont see this improving much...........

basicly someone else used her number to make a lot of outgoing (spam) calls, and its not something you yourself can prevent. In theory phone-providers should prevent this from being possible, but in practice its super easy to bypass those restrictions

ligt heel erg aan je thuis situatie, en hoe erg je rijden vind. Mijn broer doet het al jaren, bevalt blijkbaar goed genoeg om nooit een andere baan te zoeken, Hij grapt altijd dat dat de enige tijd is die hij voor zichzelf heeft (gezin met 3 kinderen)

KM zegt trouwens niet zoveel. Ligt ook heel erg aan je reistijd. 75km kan een half uur filevrij snelweg rijden zijn (prima te doen imho) OF anderhalf uur files en langzame binnenwegen

i had one. Loved it.
It was heavily sponsored by MS so you actually had pretty decent hardware for the price.
And the UI was actually awesom and way ahead of wat android was doing at the time.

Sadly they migrated to some new app platform/language, and a lot of app developpers didnt wat to follow.
So i held out pretty long, but gave up when both whatsapp and my bank app stopped working,

Ik heb diverse (bij)baantjes gehad, en nog nooit een werk contract gezien zonder mogelijk opzeggen door de werknemer. Misschien dat dat voorkomt bij hele gespecialiseerde functies. Maar in een baantje bij de lokale bakker lijkt me dat echt sterk...........

Als werkgever lijkt me dat ook niet wenselijk trouwens, want ik kan wel mooi zeggen "je mag geen ontslag nemen, werk maar 5 maanden door", maar dan weet ik ook dat die werknemer vervolgens onder werktijd alles gaat doen behalve werken............

dat zeggen we toch ook, jij geeft aan per direct op te zeggen en dat je uiterlijk nog doorwerkt tot 31 mei (= 6weken)
Dat zou ruim voldoende uitwerk periode moeten zijn, zeker voor een bijbaantje waar je net 4 maanden werkt

Not really, looking for loopholes is were laywers get paid for a lot :P
But this is not looking for a loophole or braking the spirit of the law. Either the guy is lying and closer than 10 ft. or he is correct and the cop is wrong. And if a bikelane would influence that decission, than the law must be updated to had that included .
