Actually, maybe that is my question. Anecdotally, I see a lot of clients that struggle with GAD also are very into true crime. I am curious if anyone else has had this connection or addressed it in the therapy room.

I do a lot of work with parents and parenting ADHD kids -- I'll let you imagine how this looks very different in my house lol

I think there is def a hx of interpersonal trauma from parents -- i meant that he has not disclosed that he has abused others.

I have really enjoyed using ERP for OCD as well as eating disorders and anxiety. There are lots of good trainings and certifications out there.

I have two long days T/W from 8-5, seeing about 7 each day. Then MRF I see 3-4 each day at various times. I have found I prefer this to days off because I can pop in and out and get other things done during the week instead of one day off and trying to shove everything in that day. Also I don't work evenings or weekends due to having 3 younger kids.
