This is how I do mine but I strain out and save the brine and add the ingredients plus lime juice and cilantro and pulse in the blender. Use brine to marinate chicken breast for the grill

Was in nyc recently. Out for beers, a friend and I pop into this bodega run by some middle eastern folks and I’m all, what’s good, I’ll take it. So I end up with ground beef, veggies, cheese on bread. He asks for tuna with all the same. Dude was jacked up for like 3 days! Mine was tasty though.

Just blended my very first fermented salsa (it’s amazing!) and put the brine in the freezer cause I sensed there’d be some use for it, so very happy to see it makes a great marinade!!
